Ilona Boros joined our law firm in 2017. In addition to drafting corporate documents in Hungarian, English, and German Ilona primarily cooperates in providing legal consultancy to Hungarian and international companies, as well as drafting documents, contracts and submissions to courts. She started her legal career as a junior associate at bpv Jádi Németh Attorneys at Law, where she gained extensive experience in conducting due diligence reviews and providing legal advice for international enterprises.
Prior to obtaining a law degree, Ilona worked at the International Department of the National Research, Development and Innovation Office, where she primarily dealt with policy-making, and was responsible for representing the Hungarian position in one of the preparatory bodies of the European Commission. During her university years, Ilona has supported several international nonprofit organizations as a trainee.
Áron Vikor, attorney and mediator, primarily practises in the labour law and commercial law areas, focusing on dispute resolution in these fields. He is specialized in elaborating various labour law structures (working order, registration systems and their data protection aspects) and handling issues arising in the area of collective labour law (e.g. negotiations with trade unions and workers’ councils), as well as drafting cross-border contracts regulating multilateral commercial legal relationships.More »
