Anna Makai-Kis joined our law firm in 2018. In addition to drafting corporate documents in Hungarian and English, Anna primarily cooperates in providing legal consultancy to Hungarian and international companies, as well as drafting documents, contracts and submissions to courts. She started her legal career as a trainee lawyer at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang Law Firm, where she gained extensive experience in conducting due diligence reviews before transfer of loan portfolios, project financing and providing legal advice for multinational companies. Prior to obtaining a law degree, Anna worked at the Agricultural and Rural Development Office, where she primarily dealt with external audit controls conducted by several bodies of European Union and various domestic authorities. Ilona Boros joined our law firm in 2017. In addition to drafting corporate documents in Hungarian, English, and German Ilona primarily cooperates in providing legal consultancy to Hungarian and international companies, as well as drafting documents, contracts and submissions to courts. She started her legal career as a junior associate at bpv Jádi Németh Attorneys at Law, where she gained extensive experience in conducting due diligence reviews and providing legal advice for international enterprises.
Prior to obtaining a law degree, Ilona worked at the International Department of the National Research, Development and Innovation Office, where she primarily dealt with policy-making, and was responsible for representing the Hungarian position in one of the preparatory bodies of the European Commission. During her university years, Ilona has supported several international nonprofit organizations as a trainee.
Dr. Zoltán Módos finished part of his high school studies at The Hotchkiss School thanks to an ASSIST scholarship. During his university studies, Zoltán participated in the international law moot-court competition called „Telders International Law Moot Court Competition” and achieved a fourth place in overall. He graduated from ELTE University Faculty of Law (J.D.) in 1998. From graduation until August 2002, he worked at the legal department of Raiffeisen Bank Rt. and from December 2000, he was head of the corporate group and a specialised advisor of ISDA Swaps and Derivatives. Zoltán joined in with the founding of Vincze and Partners Law Office in 2002. His main areas of expertise include banking law, legal documentation of financing transactions and financial derivatives, commercial law and other private law transactions, M&A, corporate law and securities law. Zoltán speaks Hungarian, English and German, and is a licensed professional translator in English.More »

Szilvia is member representative of the Legal and Regulatory Committee of the Hungarian Energy Traders’ Association (HETA). Her experience covers conducting due diligence reviews related to company acquisitions, establishing companies, performing corporate restructuring, company dissolution, as well as advising on mergers and acquisitions.
